Delivery
Our delivery charge is based on the total amount of seating, this is automatically calculated for you at the checkout when purchase your Sofas, Chairs & Footstools.
We offer delivery* across all of Mainland UK within a week of purchase. Orders that are delivered through our national courier will be given a choice of delivery dates and provided with a tracking link.

LOCAL COURIERS
In addition to our national delivery partner we have local couriers who you may wish to use to collect & deliver your chosen sofas from us.
To arrange this then get in touch or let us know when we call to confirm your online order.
COLLECTION
If you would like to collect your reduced price furniture from our Home Living Outlet store this can be arranged by appointment.
Collection Requirements :
- Agreed date & collection time
- Proof of order (Provide order number and customer information)
*All delivery charges are subject to your purchases of your new furniture being able to fit through the threshold of your property and into the room of your choice.
Should your items not fit, you can return them via your own courier or ours - Return delivery charge applies
PLEASE NOTE:
To protect our sofas in transit we often ship them without the feet attached to avoid any damage. This will require assembly once delivered.
THINGS TO CHECK BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Have you checked that the product will fit? All of our product pages have detailed measurements. If you have any questions about whether you think the sofa will fit, please contact us.
Please ensure that you enter the correct details into your order including contact details and address details.
Is there clear access and parking for the delivery drivers? If there is anything out of the ordinary, or your not sure just let us know prior to delivery.
REMOVAL OF OLD SOFAS
While we do not currently offer removals, you can arrange free furniture collection with the British Heart Foundation. You can find all the information you need below.
You can contact The British Heart Foundation directly to arrange collection of your unwanted furniture at a time that suits you. They will then sell it in one of their 700+ shops throughout the UK, and the proceeds will help fund life-saving research. So you can get rid of your unwanted stuff, and feel good about it, too. This service is free of charge. Just call 0808 250 0115 to arrange your collection.
