Shipping policy

We can provide 2 person delivery of your furniture into your property to anywhere in mainland UK.

Delivery Options

1. Deliveries are to be made within 14 days from purchase date unless otherwise discussed with us via Email.
2. Within 24 hours of purchase you will receive a confirmation email with details on the next steps regarding your Delivery.
3. You are responsible for making sure that either you  or an adult (18 years or over) that is authorised to accept and sign for the delivery on your behalf, is available to accept and sign for the delivery.
4. Deliveries will be made to the address given when ordered.
5. If the item cannot be delivered or does not fit on delivery then this will be returned to Home Living Outlet. Any delivery costs incurred will not be refunded.
6. Any steps that we take to assist with third party delivery companies will be in the capacity of an introducer.  We don’t receive any commission from the delivery companies that we introduce you to and any issues arising in relation to delivery will be between you and the delivery company.

Our Delivery Partners

Any steps that we take to assist with third party delivery companies will be in the capacity of an introducer. We don’t receive any commission from the delivery companies that we introduce you to and any issues that may arise in relation to delivery will be between you and the delivery company.
