Product grading

 

All of our stock is either an ex-display product, a cancelled order or brand new in packaging.

All products have been carefully inspected, cleaned and conditioned with our professional care products ready for delivery. We have a handy grading system which highlights its condition and we also include any blemishes in the photos so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Please be aware that all products may have marks on the feet due to transit and the base cloth could have tears in due to storage on racks in the retailers warehouse. This will not be photographed.

 

Grade A

• Carefully inspected by our team of technicians
• Product is in a near new condition
• May have some slight blemishes in areas not clearly visible (back of sofa, underneath the sofa etc)
• The item is still in full working condition unless stated.

 

Grade A/B

• Carefully inspected by our team of technicians
• Products have some slight transit damage in areas visible
• The item is still in full working condition unless stated
• Imperfections highlighted in the photos

 

Leather is a natural product which can show signs of wear and stretching. This is part of the natural characteristics of leather.

Our full aniline leathers are the thickest & most luxurious leathers on the market and no panel is the same as the other. Natural markings are a lot more visible on full aniline leathers.
