From ordering to delivery everything was perfect. No pressure to buy anything at all. Was greeted warmly on arrival then left to wander around at my own pace. When I had chosen the perfect settee for my needs everything was explained about the settee and colour options where discussed. Still no pressure at all to purchase. I was kept up to date with expected delivery. Arrived on time and delivered with great care. All packaging removed and settee’s placed where I wanted them. Would highly recommend to everyone. "Cant ask for better service"
Ordered a small sofa on Sunday got a phone call on Monday to say it would be delivered on Tuesday so I asked them what time because I have an appointment at 4pm 5.50pm got a text from the delivery men be there in 10 minutes can't ask for better service and the sofa is great thank you HLO
